Studio notes
Questions worth asking before you begin.
Do I need prior drawing experience?
No. Choose a beginner course if you want foundations, or select an intermediate course when you already draw regularly.
What materials do I need?
Most courses use a pencil, eraser, smooth paper, and a dark pen. Specific lessons list optional materials without requiring a large kit.
How much time should I plan?
Course durations vary, but a focused twenty to thirty minute session several times a week is a useful rhythm.
Are courses self-paced?
Yes. You can revisit lessons and arrange exercises around your schedule.
Do courses include feedback?
Selected courses include structured feedback prompts; the catalog identifies the format for each listing.
Can I save courses for later?
Use the save option on a catalog card. Saved IDs are kept in your browser and shown on the Fallows page.
Can I study on a phone?
The website is responsive, while drawing exercises are easiest when you have a comfortable surface and uninterrupted attention.
How do I choose a course?
Start with your desired skill, compare level and duration, then contact the studio if two paths seem equally suitable.
